How to upgrade CM Fuze Q390 to Kitkat via CWM

Cherry Mobile recently pushed an update via OTA of the Fuze Q390 with a new Kitkat OS for both the v5 (old) and the v6 (new) variants due to popular demand.

However, many users have encountered problems to update because they have already rooted their devices, modified their ROMs or for some other unknown reason. Thus, to solve the dilemma, ROM developers of the Facebook group named Cherry Mobile Fuze United created ROMs that are flashable via custom recovery (CWM, Carliv, TWRP). If you are a Q390 user with the aforementioned problems, then these are for you!

These are rooted, debloated and deodexed stock ROMs for Cherry Mobile Fuze Q390 with v4/v5 (fixed focus cams/old) and v6 (the new variant with autofocus cams) as the base ROM. And an added bonus? These have Supersu instead of Kinguser.

Instructions:
Download the zip file to your SDcard, reboot to recovery, wipe data and cache, and flash the ROM via CWM, Carliv Touch, or TWRP.

After flashing the rom, flash this to fix root permissions.

Important: After flashing, reboot and wait for at least one minute for the new OS to fully load. Don't panic if it takes too long, that's normal for first boot.
